MASSAGE TREATMENTS

Deep Tissue
Massage

Slow, firm massage into the deeper layers of muscle for chronic tightness, knots and postural strain in the back, neck and shoulders.

01 / AROGYA

01WHAT IT IS

Deep tissue massage uses slow strokes and sustained pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It is aimed at chronic tightness: the knots that build up from desk work, driving, sport or repeated strain, rather than general relaxation.

The pressure is firm but never forced. The therapist works gradually into a region, allowing the tissue to release, and checks in with you throughout.
