OUR STORY
Care that sees the
whole person.
Arogya Retreatt was created as a calm, considered place where traditional wellness wisdom and attentive modern care can meet.
01OUR BELIEF
True wellness is a relationship between body, mind, soul and life.
At Arogya Retreatt, treatment is never simply a list of therapies. We begin by listening—understanding your rhythms, concerns and goals before guiding you toward an appropriate program.
Rooted in Ayurveda and naturopathy, our approach considers therapy, rest, food, movement and environment together. It is personal without being complicated, traditional without feeling distant, and professional without becoming clinical or cold.

OUR PROMISE
“Ethical, professional and result-oriented wellness experiences in a serene and comfortable environment.”
02PERSONALISED ATTENTION
Listening comes
before recommendation.
Care begins with a quiet conversation—never a generic checklist. Imagery here represents the atmosphere of consultation, not identifiable practitioners.

03THE PEOPLE
Practitioner-led,
therapist-delivered.
Every program at Arogya Retreatt is planned by our consulting practitioner after a personal assessment, delivered by trained therapists who work to that plan, and reviewed as your stay progresses. No therapy is given without that first conversation.
Consultation first
Your history, medicines, routine and goals are understood before any therapy is chosen.
Trained hands
Therapists trained in classical Ayurvedic and naturopathic methods deliver each session to the practitioner’s plan.
Reviewed daily
Progress is checked through your stay and the plan is adjusted, so care responds to how you are actually feeling.
04WHAT GUIDES US
Grounded principles.
Human care.
Four values shape how every guest is welcomed, guided and supported.

05PANCHA MAHABHUTA
Nurture your tridosha with nature.
Ayurveda and naturopathy both begin with the five great elements. Every therapy at Arogya Retreatt works through one or more of them, using earth, water, fire, air and space to bring the body back toward balance.

Akash
आकाश · Space
Space, stillness and the quiet in which the mind settles.

Vayu
वायु · Air
Breath, circulation and the movement of thought.

Agni
अग्नि · Fire
Digestion, warmth and the transformation of food into strength.

Jal
जल · Water
Flow, cohesion and the moisture that keeps tissue supple.

Prithvi
पृथ्वी · Earth
Structure, steadiness and the ground beneath every therapy.
ELEMENT OF STABILITY
Prithviपृथ्वी · Earth
Prithvi is structure and steadiness: bone, muscle, tissue and everything we can touch. It gives the body its form and the mind its sense of being grounded. When the earth element is low we feel unsettled and depleted; when it is heavy we feel sluggish and stuck.
At Arogya Retreatt
We work with Prithvi through mud therapy, herbal packs and pastes, and warm oil bodywork that brings weight and reassurance back to the body. A slower daily rhythm, grounding food and proper rest are part of the same intention.

06TRIDOSHA
Understand your constitution.
The five elements combine into three functional energies, the doshas. Everyone carries all three in a unique proportion, and the practitioner's first task at consultation is to understand yours and where it has drifted.

Kapha
कफ · Earth + Water
Strength, calm and endurance; heavy when life slows too much.

Pitta
पित्त · Fire + Water
Digestion, focus and warmth; heated by stress and spice.

Vata
वात · Air + Space
Movement, creativity and lightness; unsettled when routine slips.
MOVEMENT AND FLOW
Vataवात · Air + Space
Vata governs movement: breath, circulation, elimination, nerve function and the speed of thought. In balance it brings energy, creativity and lightness. When aggravated by irregular routine, cold, travel, stress or dry food, it shows as anxiety, poor sleep, constipation, dryness, joint pain and fatigue.
At Arogya Retreatt
Vata is settled with warmth, oil and routine. Abhyanga, Pizhichil, localised Basti therapies and Shirodhara are central, supported by warm nourishing food, regular meal times and adequate rest.
