NATUROPATHY
Mud
Therapy
Clean, sun-dried earth applied as packs to the abdomen, eyes and face, or as a full mud bath. Naturopathy's grounding treatment for digestion, skin, heat and stress.
01WHAT IT IS
Mud is the earth element applied directly. Clean, sun-dried soil is sieved, soaked and prepared into packs that are laid on the abdomen for digestion, on the eyes for strain and heat, on the face for skin, or applied over the whole body as a mud bath that is left to dry in the sun before being washed off.
Mud holds moisture and coolness, draws heat and impurities to the surface, and has a calming, grounding effect that guests feel immediately. It is one of the defining treatments of a naturopathy stay.
