THERAPY COLLECTION
Naturopathy
A whole-person approach that brings together natural applications, food, movement, rest and lifestyle guidance.
Naturopathy rests on a simple idea: given the right conditions, the body works to restore its own balance. The conditions are the five elements applied in their natural forms. Mud, sunlight and fresh air; water in the form of hydrotherapy; heat as steam and packs; and, above all, food eaten in the right way at the right time. The therapies in this collection are the tools; the diet, fasting guidance and lifestyle counselling are what make the change last.
Arogya Retreatt is a naturopathy centre in Bahadurgarh, an hour from central Delhi and close to Gurgaon and Rohtak, offering nature cure as residential stays, day-care packages and structured detox programs of three to fourteen days. Each program is built after consultation and combines the applications below with hydrotherapy, massage and yoga as the practitioner advises.

02QUESTIONS
Common questions about Naturopathy.
What does a naturopathy day look like?
A typical day opens with yoga and breathing practice, followed by a light breakfast, one or two applications such as mud therapy or a hydrotherapy bath, rest, a planned lunch, an afternoon therapy or massage, and an evening of gentle movement and early sleep. The exact rhythm is set for you after consultation.
Is fasting compulsory?
No. Fasting therapy is prescribed only where it suits the guest and is always supervised. Many programs use a lighter, timed diet rather than a fast.
Can naturopathy be combined with Ayurvedic treatment?
Yes. The two traditions share the same understanding of the elements, and our practitioner frequently combines naturopathic applications with Ayurvedic therapies within one program.
A CONSIDERED NOTE
“Natural care is not one intervention. It is a more attentive way of living.”
Every treatment is subject to individual consultation and professional suitability.
