THERAPY COLLECTION
Yoga &
Meditation
Movement, breath, cleansing and stillness practices that support awareness and carry the retreat experience into everyday life.
Yoga at Arogya Retreatt is taught as therapy rather than performance. Sessions are small and adapted to what your body can do today, and each practice has a purpose: asana to restore mobility and strength, pranayama to steady the breath and nervous system, Yoga Nidra and meditation to give the mind genuine rest, and mudra, bandha, mantra and sound practices to deepen the effect of the others.
For residential guests, morning and evening practice frames the therapy day. For guests from Bahadurgarh and nearby who want continuity, the monthly yoga package offers regular guided sessions without a stay. Therapeutic yoga for specific conditions such as back pain, breathing difficulty or stress is prescribed after consultation and often combined with Ayurvedic or naturopathic treatment.

02QUESTIONS
Common questions about Yoga & Meditation.
I have never done yoga. Can I still join?
Yes. Every practice is adapted to the person in front of the teacher. Beginners, older guests and those recovering from illness are given gentler variations, and no session requires flexibility or prior experience.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of deep, conscious relaxation done lying down. It is often used for sleep difficulty, anxiety and fatigue, and many guests find it the most restful part of the day.
How does the monthly yoga package work?
The package gives you regular guided sessions at the centre across a month without a residential stay. Timings and the mix of asana, breath and meditation are agreed when you enrol.
A CONSIDERED NOTE
“Balance is not a pose. It is a relationship with breath, attention and daily rhythm.”
Every treatment is subject to individual consultation and professional suitability.
