Shatkarma &
Cleansing

01WHAT IT IS
षट्कर्म · The six yogic purification practices
The Shatkarmas are the six classical cleansing practices of Hatha Yoga. Jala Neti rinses the nose with saline; Kapalabhati clears the lungs and sinuses with rapid exhalations; Trataka steadies the eyes and mind by gazing at a flame; Kunjal cleanses the stomach with warm water; Dhauti and Basti address the digestive tract. Sutra Neti and Laghu Shankha Prakshalana, taught separately, belong to the same family.
They are taught under supervision, selected for your needs, and most guests take home one or two for regular use.
