YOGA & MEDITATION

Meditation
Therapy

Meditation taught as a practical skill: breath awareness, mindfulness and simple concentration techniques, introduced step by step and matched to your temperament.

05 / AROGYA

01WHAT IT IS

ध्यान · Dhyana, sustained attention

Meditation therapy removes the mystique. You are taught, in short guided sessions, how to sit, how to work with the breath as an anchor, how to notice thoughts without following them, and how to return. Techniques are chosen for your temperament: some guests settle with breath awareness, others with a mantra or a visual focus.

It is used for stress, anxiety, low mood, poor concentration and the simple wish to be less driven by the mind. Sessions build from five minutes to twenty over a stay.

05QUESTIONS

Common questions about Meditation Therapy.

I cannot stop thinking. Can I meditate?

Everyone thinks. Meditation is the practice of noticing and returning, not of stopping thought. If you can notice that you are thinking, you can meditate.
