03ABOUT THIS COLLECTION

Ayurveda begins by understanding the person, then the therapy.

Ayurveda understands health as a balance between the three doshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha, and the strength of Agni, the digestive fire. Our Ayurvedic treatments in Bahadurgarh follow that logic. Rather than choosing a therapy from a list, you begin with a consultation in which your constitution, current imbalances, digestion, sleep and daily routine are understood. Therapies are then selected and sequenced to suit you.

The collection includes classical oil therapies such as Shirodhara, Pizhichil and Pichu; localised warm-oil retention treatments known as Basti for the lower back, knees, neck, chest and head; herbal bolus therapy (Podikizhi); nasal and eye care (Nasyam, Netra Tarpanam); yogic cleansing practices; and complementary therapies including acupressure, acupuncture, Sujok and magnet therapy. Many of these form part of our residential and day-care Panchkarma programs.

Arogya Retreatt is located in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, on the Delhi border, which makes authentic Ayurvedic care reachable for guests from Delhi, Gurgaon, Rohtak and the wider NCR without long travel. Each therapy below is described so that you know what it involves, who it usually suits and what to expect, but suitability is always confirmed by our practitioner.

02QUESTIONS

Common questions about Ayurvedic Treatments.

Do I need a consultation before an Ayurvedic treatment?

Yes. Every Ayurvedic therapy at Arogya Retreatt follows a consultation, so that the practitioner can assess your constitution, current health and any conditions or medicines that affect suitability. This is what makes the treatment personal and safe.

What is the difference between an individual therapy and a Panchkarma program?

An individual therapy is a single session, for example Kati Basti or Shirodhara. Panchkarma is a structured program in which preparatory oil therapies, cleansing procedures and a supporting diet are sequenced over several days. Many of the therapies listed here are used within our Panchkarma Stay and Day Care programs.

Are the durations fixed?

Durations shown are typical session lengths from our catalogue. The practitioner may shorten or extend a session, or recommend a course of several sessions, depending on your response.

Which therapies are charged separately?

A few therapies, such as Shirodhara and Takradhara, are not included in the standard program rate and are charged separately. This is indicated on the therapy page. Exact pricing is shared during consultation.

A CONSIDERED NOTE

“Ayurveda begins by understanding the individual, not by selecting a treatment from a list.”

Every treatment is subject to individual consultation and professional suitability.
