Magnet
Therapy
Static magnets placed over a painful joint, muscle or region for a set time. A gentle naturopathic application traditionally used for pain, stiffness and circulation. At Arogya Retreatt, Bahadurgarh.
01WHAT IT IS
Magnet therapy, or magnetotherapy, applies static magnets of a chosen strength and polarity to a region of the body for a set period. In naturopathy it is used as a gentle local application for pain, stiffness and sluggish circulation, and sometimes on the palms and soles for a general effect.
It is non-invasive and comfortable, and it is usually combined with other applications such as packs, hydrotherapy or acupressure within a naturopathic plan. The strength of the magnets, the polarity and the duration are decided by the practitioner.
02HOW IT IS DONE AT AROGYA

- 03
