NATUROPATHY
Diet
Therapy
A therapeutic diet planned for your constitution and concern, from raw and juice phases to sattvic cooked meals, with the guidance to carry it home. The backbone of every naturopathy program.
01WHAT IT IS
In naturopathy food is the primary medicine, and every program here is built on a diet plan. After consultation the practitioner sets what you eat and when: an eliminative phase of fruit, juices and raw food where appropriate, a soothing phase of soups and khichdi, and a constructive phase of sattvic cooked meals that rebuilds strength. Each phase is matched to your constitution, digestion and goals.
Meals are prepared on site. Alongside them you learn the principles, timing, combinations, seasonal choices and cooking methods, so that the diet continues at home.

05QUESTIONS
Common questions about Diet Therapy.
Will I be hungry?
No. Eliminative phases are light but not starving, and the constructive phase is generous. The aim is a diet you can keep, not a test of endurance.
