MASSAGE TREATMENTS
Swedish
Massage
Classic relaxation massage with long gliding strokes, kneading and gentle pressure. For general tension, tiredness and stress on a day visit or within a stay.
01WHAT IT IS
Swedish massage is the familiar Western relaxation massage: long gliding strokes, kneading, gentle friction and rhythmic tapping, with light to medium pressure. It works on the muscles and circulation directly and is the easiest introduction to bodywork for guests who have never had a massage.
At Arogya Retreatt it is given with a light natural oil and can be combined with steam or a hydrotherapy bath on a day visit.
