Warm oil Abhyanga massage in a calm therapy room

MASSAGE TREATMENTS

Hot Stone
Massage

Smooth heated basalt stones placed on the body and used in the massage, melting tension in the muscles with steady, penetrating warmth.

01 / AROGYA

01WHAT IT IS

Smooth volcanic stones are heated in water and placed along the spine and on key points, while other stones are used in the therapist's hands to massage with warmth. The heat relaxes muscles far faster than pressure alone, so the work can go deeper with less force.

It suits guests who feel cold, hold tension in the back and shoulders, or find deep-tissue pressure too intense.
