MASSAGE TREATMENTS
Vibro
Massage
Mechanical vibration applied over the muscles to loosen stiffness, stimulate circulation and ease fatigue, used on its own or alongside hand massage.
01WHAT IT IS
Vibro massage uses a hand-held vibratory device moved over the large muscle groups. The rapid oscillation relaxes muscle tone, stimulates local circulation and eases the dull ache of fatigue, particularly in the back, thighs and calves.
In naturopathy it is often combined with hand massage or used after a hydrotherapy bath. It is quick, does not require oil and suits guests who prefer not to be worked deeply by hand.
